Not sure I didn't stay at the DQs.
How was the level of supervision and teaching?
It's really good. You'll rarely ever call alone. Most disciplines you'll always have a senior on with you Except with medicine where you call alone, but able to call the second on call for advise.
How was the clinical exposure?
Excellent You cam get exposure to so many things.
Was any of the following available?
Yes - X-Rays, Blood Gas Machines, Ultrasounds, CT-Scans, NHLS.
Academics available?

Did you have a social life? What kept you busy/entertained?
Paarl has a lot of wine estates in the area, close to Franschhoek, good food, nice hiking spots. It's only 45min away from cape town so not bad.
Any general comment/advice?
Only come to paarl if you prepared to work hard and learn a lot. Also be prepared to speak in Afrikaans.
